Carrot cake

For the cake:
350gr grated carrot
60gr nuts
300gr sugar
260gr flour
15gr baking powder
70gr sun oil
50gr melted butter
50gr grated cheese
2 eggs
2 teaspoonfuls of cinnamon
½ tea-spoonfuls of carnation
1 vanilla

For the confection:
200gr milk
300gr white chocolate
400gr cheese cream
1 vanilla
scrapings of orange


For the cake:

1. First we beat the eggs with the sugar.

2. We add the vanilla and the spices.

3. Then we add the sun-flower oil, the butter and the cheese. After that we add the flour with the baking powder together. Finally we add the scrapings of carrot.

4. We bake it at 60 c with air together for 45-50 minutes. When it is baked we take it out of the oven and we let it become quite cool.

For the confection:

1. The confection can be made by warming the milk and adding the chocolate into it.

2. When the chocolate melts we add the cheese, the vanilla and the scrapings of the orange and we stir it. When it becomes thick, the cream is ready.

3. We let it become lukewarm and then   we spread it oven the bake.
